The founding Director, Ar Hj Mohd Nazam Md Kassim has more than 25 years experience in the architectural, academic and planning fields while Executive Director Ar Ahmad Nizam Radzi has more than 15 years of experience in the architectural, academic and journalistic fields.

The practice is supported by architects, planners, technical assistants, graphic designers, cad operators and administrative staff.
